What we collect
You can browse our menus without giving us any personal information. When you submit a catering request, we collect:

- Company or organization name (optional)
- Delivery address, if you choose delivery
- The date you need your order, the items, quantities and any notes you add
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To review, prepare and confirm your catering order
- To contact you about your order by phone or email
- To keep a record of orders for our business
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not take payments on this website.
We use an app connected to Meta (Facebook) only to publish our own daily menu posts to the Black Dog Facebook page. This app does not collect, read or store any information about Facebook users. If you interact with our page on Facebook, Meta's own privacy policy applies.
Who can see it
Catering requests are stored securely with our website provider and can only be viewed by Black Dog staff. We only share information when needed to fill your order or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep catering requests as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes, then delete them.
